Bothell Townhomes
- Provide architectural, engineering and permitting services prior to construction for the four units townhomes
- Provide construction consultation such as for bid solicitation and procurement of each phase of the construction: utilities and ROW, foundation, lumber package and finish work
- Supervise and coordinate various trades, construction schedule tracking, address field issues and manage RFI and invoices
- Coordinate field inspection with city and LNI inspector
White Center Building Repair and Remodel
- Provide engineering repair design and permitting services for fire damaged building
- Work with insurance adjuster in cost estimate and billing requirements
- Replace damaged building elements including new roofing, new roof trusses, drywall, insulation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system
- Work with county and LNI inspector to successfully obtain certificate of occupancy
Shoreline Duplex Conversion
- Existing house that was stripped down to the studs and divided into a legal duplex with completely new mechanical, electrical and plumbing system
- Provide engineering and permitting services prior to construction
- Work with city and LNI inspector to obtain certificate of occupancy
Mill Creek House Remodel and Addition
- Second story floor addition
- Provide constrution service for interior remodeling including new kitchen, flooring and painting
